This is a free training opportunity for ALL Gold swimmers.
We need all gold swimmers who are even possibly interested to sign up so that we can secure the appropriate amount of pool time.
Pool time is noon-1:30
We ask that kids arrive at 11:15 for land.
Friday we hope to organize a social event after practice, weather permitting.
