OJI

OJI is a senior national-level competition for select swimmers in the Senior National Tier 1 group. 

Event information is not available at this time, however, this will either be a 3- or 4-day competition ending on Sunday, December 12. In order to reserve accommodations for swimmers and book flights as soon as possible once meet dates are confirmed, we need members to declare their sign up before October 29, 2021.

Flights: Please note, flights will be booked with a cancellation option if the cost of this option is not prohibitive. Non-refundable flights are occasionally necessary when the cost of cancellation options are in the $100's or $1000's extra. If non-refundable flights are to be purchased, declared members will be emailed and given 24hrs to withdraw. Please also note that while a flight may be listed for a low price today, that the price of 8+ tickets will often surpass the number of tickets at the lower price resulting in flight costs higher than you may see listed today... we balance the best ticket price available for the necessary number of tickets across all reasonable flight times. We cannot predict 

Hotel: Swimmers will stay 2 per room / 1 per bed. Depending on the length of trip (3- or 4-day meet) the cost will be between $500-$600 for hotel per swimmer. 

Cancelation: If a trip is canceled for any reason, Keyano will recover all possible expenses for the trip, however, you will be responsible for any unrecoverable costs. ie: Keyano will pass on any refund / credit from the airlines but will not be able to refund beyond what the airline is willing to provide - flight credits will be returned to members rather than a full cash refund, if that is the policy of the airline. 

Cost: Swimmers are responsible for all costs for this trip. This will include flight, accommodations, car, meals and incidentals. 

Prices fluctuate, sometimes wildly. We will book the best available price at the time of booking.
