Winter Provincial Trials meet is a two and a half day swim meet with heats and finals for the 50's, 100's and 200's and timed finals for the 400 & 800's. Swimmers may qualify for this meet by achieving one of the Provincial Trials time standards.
Event: Winter Provincial Trials
Date: March 7th - 9th, 2025 (Friday to Sunday)
Pool: MNP Community and Sports Centre, Calgary AB
Swimmers eligible: Gold, Junior & Senior Provincial & Junior National who have achieved a Provincial Trials time standard. Swimmers are de-qualified if they have achieved a Provincial Championships time standard.
Please check with your coach to see if your swimmer is qualified for this meet!
Meet Times:
March 7th - Prelims
Warm up: 2:00pm Start: 3:00pm
March 8th - Prelims (AM)
Warm up: 8:00am Start: 9:00am
March 8th - Finals (PM)
Warm up: 3:30pm Start: 4:30pm
March 9th - Prelims (AM)** note this is Daylight Savings
Warm up: 9:00am Start: 10:00am
March 9th - Finals (PM)
Warm up: 4:00pm Start: 5:00pm
**Please be on deck 20 minutes prior to the start of warm-up
Meet Entry Fees: $17.00 per individual event & $22.00 per relay event.
*Coaches will enter athletes who have signed up and all entry fees will be charged monthly through Keyano's billing system.
Entry Limit: Swimmers may be entered into a max of 7 individual events.
Confirmation Deadline: Wednesday February 12th, 2025 12:00pm.
