Olympic & Paralympic Trials - DAY 3 Recap

May 19, 2024
GOLD, GOLD and more GOLD!

2 more gold medals makes 3 total after Day 3 - Keyano is hot at these Canadian Olympic & Paralympic Trials. Emma Finlin & Reid Maxwell stole the national spotlight during their Finals and all of Keyano's swimmers were fearsome competitors in their races. Don't mess with the Bears!!

Special note: We had a watch-party during Wednesday night development practice tonight for both Reid and Emma's Finals, resulting in some of the same deafening cheers that we've been hearing at Oilers games... you kids were so loud! It was amazing to watch our youngest swimmers jumping and cheering in real time as our highest performance swimmers were competing to make the Canadian National team. Great cheering and tons of fun, everyone!!
