Kelowna LC Invitational 2023
We have added a competition to this season's calendar that we feel is a great opportunity for some of our older swimmers to compete. Our hope is that this competition will be available for many years to come, and that we will be able to offer the Grande Prairie trip to Development swimmers, and this Kelowna trip to all Performance swimmers groups.
Team Travel
We plan to fly and stay in a hotel in Kelowna. Expect flights to be in the $400-450 range and hotel / transportation costs to be around $400-450 as well. Exact costs are not possible until we have a better idea of who requests team travel because the number of participants can greatly affect individual costs.
Despite the challenges with team travel this season we are trying to offer Team Travel for this meet. Potential chaperones are asked to please contact Chris, Des or Paul. Team travel is contingent upon having a chaperone and a critical mass of attending athletes such that the costs do not skyrocket. Should we be unable to provide Team Travel we will notify parents before the sign-up deadline of March 10.
